We are called to love those that society undervalues and overlooks. In this episode we discuss what it looks like to love well those specifically with special needs. What can you do as an individual and what can the body of Christ do collectively to love like Christ loves? As we love those made in his image, we discover the very heart of God... who is love.

Have you ever been hurt by your church? The local church is meant to be a beautiful expression of God's family, and yet often fails to live up to that standard. In this episode, we explore what the church is meant to be, what the church sadly often is, and what the church can be (and one day will be). The hope of this episode is to help those who have been hurt by the church as they find healing with God's Spirit, God's word, and even God's people.

We live in a cultural context that emphasizes two major spiritual disciplines: read your Bible and pray. However foundational both of these are, the Bible actually calls us to other means to connect with God. In this episode we explore a variety of ways to connect with God such as meditation, silence and solitude, rest, worship, and a whole lot more.

The Bible is meditative. It is meant to shape the way you see God, yourself, and the world around you. In this episode, each of us shares 3 different take-aways from our conversation in Genesis 12-Deuteronomy and how God is uniquely shaping us as we move through and meditate on his word.

Deuteronomy.
What would you say if you only had one last message to give to people you love? That is what Moses does in the book of Deuteronomy. The book of Deuteronomy is three sermons Moses gives to God's people as they are about to enter into the promise land. These sermons call them to remember what has been, regulate them for what is, and call them to rely on God in the journey ahead. In this episode, we share our main take aways from "listening in" to his final words.
